Lead-generation campaigns, dialer floors, QC, account management, and the closing conversations partners would rather not handle themselves, all of it reports to him. Started as a cold caller for solar in 2018 and has not stepped off the floor since. Every partner in the portfolio was brought in by Joseph and is still watched by him directly.

Architecture, services, the AI sitting inside the platforms (auto-dispositions, reply pipelines, classifiers), deployment and observability, every line. When a partner needs custom software, or their existing stack wired into one coherent system, the work goes to George.
