What we run, what we build, and how it ships.

Five services delivered end to end. We hold each one ourselves rather than handing it off to a network of contractors, so the same team that runs your floor also builds the platform underneath. Below is what each service actually is, how the work happens, what it leans on, and what we deliberately do not do.

01SRV-01

Lead generation

Outbound that lands in inboxes, not spam. Pre-warmed mailbox pools, deliverability automation, AI-triaged replies. Your team only sees the interested ones.

Replaces ·A typical lead-gen agency (Belkins, CIENCE, Martal, SmartLeads, BELAY).
How it works

The work is outbound at scale, primarily cold email. For each active campaign we provision and warm a pool of sending mailboxes (typically thirty to sixty), configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI on each sending domain, and route everything through redundant SMTP infrastructure with per-account deliverability monitoring. Pools are warmed before they send, monitored while they send, and rotated out the moment reputation slips.

Replies flow into an AI-triaged pipeline. Each inbound message is classified before a human sees it: interested, objection, opt-out, out-of-office, hostile, autoresponder. The classifier runs on whichever model is best for the partner's offer (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini) and the threshold for what counts as interested is tuned per campaign so your team only opens the ones that matter.

When email isn't the right channel, we shift the spend. Paid acquisition on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google search; sourced lists with a manual cadence layer; partner introductions. The channel mix is set during the first cycle of the engagement and rebalanced as performance settles.

  • Per-domain sending infrastructure with redundant SMTP
  • AI-triaged reply pipelines, classified before a human reads them
  • Paid acquisition and sourced lists when email isn't the fit

Appointment setting

Live dialer floors, dedicated setters, and a quality pass on every booking before it reaches a closer. Your calendar fills with appointments that actually show up.

Replaces ·A booking-service vendor and the manual confirmation work that follows every meeting.
How it works

A dedicated dialer floor calls into your pipeline. We staff and run the floor (recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll) or layer on top of an existing one. The dialer of record is Readymode (we're an affiliate partner) but other dialers are fine if you're already invested. Setters work in shifts tuned to the buying time zone of the lead source, not ours.

Every booking moves through QC before it reaches a closer. A reviewer scores the appointment on intent signal, qualification, and risk, classifies it (firm, soft, follow-up, disqualified), and either passes it through or sends it back for re-confirmation. Soft bookings are not pushed forward to inflate the day's count; they go back into the queue.

Around every confirmed meeting we run a virtual reception cadence: SMS plus email confirmation immediately after booking, day-of reminder, two-hour reminder, and a 'running late?' outreach if the prospect doesn't join on time. Show rate is what we optimize for, not raw bookings.

  • Live dialer floor with dedicated setters
  • QC pipeline: scored, classified, audited
  • Confirmation funnel (SMS plus email, multiple touches)
  • Virtual reception around every meeting (reminders, late-join chase)
  • Optional marketplace coverage when in-house volume isn't enough
Delivered
  • Confirmed appointments on your closer's calendar
  • Full audit trail per appointment (every dial, every disposition)
  • Live console dashboard for floor visibility
  • Daily floor digest: bookings, shows, re-confirms, fallouts

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Acculynx (CRM write-back per booking)
  • Our own console for floor visibility, if you don't have one
Boundaries

What you bring
  • 01Calendar access for the closers who will take the bookings
  • 02An approved offer and pitch (we will sit with you to refine)
  • 03Lead source (we generate via Lead generation, or you supply)

Call-center buildouts

Your own call floor, built to run without us. Hiring, training, dialer, payroll, dashboards, SOPs. Ready to hand off when you are.

Replaces ·Hiring a floor manager and a BPO consultant; both, usually.
How it works

We build your call floor as if it's a real installation, then hand it off. The build covers recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, reference checks), onboarding (scripts, product training, dialer training), role definitions across the full floor (agent, QC reviewer, dispatcher, ops director, admin), the payroll structure (base plus tiered commission), reporting cadence (EOD digests, weekly review decks), and the dialer and CRM stack the floor runs on.

During the build, our setters run the floor. Your team observes and pairs in. As your people take ownership, our team steps back. The handoff is structured, not a cliff: documented SOPs, recorded training sessions, role-by-role checklists, a thirty-day support buffer after we step off.

Performance instrumentation runs through the entire floor: dial-to-conversation, contact-to-set, set-to-show, show-to-close, sliced by agent and by lead source. We host the dashboards on a Customer Path platform, or we wire your existing BI tool. Either way the partner owns the numbers the moment they exist.

Included
  • Rep recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Role definitions across the full floor (agent, QC, dispatcher, ops director, admin)
  • Payroll structure with base and tiered commission
  • Dialer and CRM integration (Readymode, HubSpot, Salesforce, Acculynx, others)
  • Performance dashboards and EOD digests
Delivered
  • An operational call floor, ready to run without us
  • SOPs, role docs, and recorded training material
  • Performance dashboards owned by you, on infrastructure you own
  • A documented handoff plan with thirty-day support buffer
Integrates with
  • Readymode (default dialer)
  • Twilio (SMS, voice fallback, recording)
  • Stripe (commission payouts where it fits)
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Acculynx (CRM)
  • Slack, Discord (floor comms and ops alerts)
  • Google Workspace (sheets, calendar, drive)
Boundaries
  • We do not operate the floor indefinitely. The deliverable is a floor that runs without us.
  • We do not retain control of staff after handoff. Setters become your employees.
  • We do not lock you to a specific dialer. If you already have one, we'll integrate.
  • We do not hide weak performance. Dashboards are partner-owned from day one.
What you bring
  • 01Physical space if the floor is onsite (remote floors are fine too)
  • 02Hardware budget for headsets and workstations
  • 03Owner sponsorship: someone internal who will own the floor post-handoff
  • 04Initial lead supply (we'll generate via Lead generation, or you bring)

Sales as a service

Trained closers on payroll, coached live, with a weekly forecast on your desk. We close on your behalf, or feed the team you already have.

Replaces ·An external sales agency or a missing closer role on your team.
How it works

Trained closers sit on Customer Path payroll and work your pipeline. We recruit them against your offer, onboard them on your process, coach them weekly, and run the commission structure. They close as agents of your business under whatever brand and contract structure you set. Onboarding always starts with a process audit: we don't close into a sales motion we haven't walked through with you.

For partners with an existing closing team, we layer in rather than replace. We source additional closers, audit current closer performance, and run the coaching cadence without changing your leadership. The same discipline applies either way: every touchpoint logged, every disposition tagged, every reason a deal advanced or stalled written down.

Pipeline review with the partner's leadership happens every cycle. Forecast, risk, intervention. We surface the uncomfortable numbers before they become the explanation on a board call. The audit trail per deal is the deliverable as much as the closed revenue is.

Included
  • Closer roster sourced, vetted, and trained against your offer
  • Live coaching cadence and pipeline review every cycle
  • Forecast and risk surface on a fixed reporting rhythm
  • Commission structure design (or alignment to your existing one)
  • Process audit before any closer touches your pipeline
Delivered
  • Closed deals with full attribution back to source
  • Pipeline health reports and forecast accuracy review
  • Per-deal audit trail (every touchpoint, every disposition)
  • A coaching record for each closer on the roster
Integrates with
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Acculynx (the closer's working surface)
  • DocuSign, PandaDoc (where contracts are part of the close)
  • Stripe (commission payouts and any commerce piece)
  • Twilio (closer SMS and voice with full recording)
  • Google Workspace, Slack (cadence comms)
Boundaries
  • We do not close into a sales motion we have not audited.
  • We do not hide pipeline health. Forecasts are uncomfortable when they need to be.
  • We do not replace your sales leadership. We feed it or stand in temporarily.
  • We do not retain the closers after engagement ends. Transfer is documented.

Custom software

Custom platforms built around your operation. Nine in production today, on partner domains, in partner branding. You keep them forever.

Replaces ·The need to hire a separate dev team, and the silent cost of work that never ships.
How it works

Operations engineering answers a specific problem: every business runs on invisible work that off-the-shelf tools cannot model. Reports rebuilt every cycle. Decisions held in someone's memory. Tools paid for but never connected. We either build the software that runs this work natively, or we automate it across the stack you already own. The decision between those two paths is made in discovery, not on this page.

Nine platforms are live in production today on partner domains, in partner branding. They run real operations every cycle: a solar console doing auto-disposition with Gemini, an agency spine running appointment scoping and Stripe billing, a credit-based lead marketplace with live auctions, a cold-email SaaS that we now also use ourselves. Every one of them was scoped from operating knowledge, not a feature request.

Built in TypeScript and Next.js on the front, Postgres or Firestore underneath, with whichever AI model fits the domain. Hosted on Vercel, Cloudflare, and Fly.io for the platforms, Hetzner or AWS for the heavier services. The partner holds a perpetual license to the platform forever, even if the engagement ends. We keep the source so we can reuse patterns across partners faster, but you keep what runs your business.

PATH A

Custom platforms

Built from scratch on your domain, in your branding, integrated with whatever CRM, dialer, and tools you already run. Nine of these are live in production today. Console, CRM, marketplace, ledger, audit trail, whatever the operation needs that the off-the-shelf tools cannot model. Built once, maintained on subscription if you want us to, handed over and stepped away from if you don't.

PATH B

Stack automation

Wiring your existing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Airtable, Sheets, Slack, the lot) into one coherent surface so they behave like one system, without ripping anything out. Triggers, webhooks, scheduled jobs, queues, the integration glue that off-the-shelf no-code tools cannot reach. We do this where the partner's stack is already substantial and the problem is connection, not gap.

Included
  • Custom platforms on your domain, in your brand
  • Stack automation when the answer is integration, not new software
  • Built around the CRM, dialer, and tools you already run
  • Yours forever (perpetual license), no ongoing subscription
  • Optional ongoing maintenance and operations support
Delivered
  • A platform you own and use under a perpetual license
  • Documentation, runbooks, and training material
  • Source-controlled deployment we operate or hand over
  • Optional ongoing support contract with response SLA
Integrates with
  • TypeScript, Next.js, React, Tailwind, Go, Node.js
  • Postgres, Supabase, Firebase (data layer)
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Acculynx (CRM)
  • Stripe, Twilio, MailerSend, SMTP2GO (commerce and comms)
  • OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini (AI inside the platform)
  • Vercel, Cloudflare, GitHub, Fly.io, Hetzner, AWS (infra)
Boundaries
  • We do not sell SaaS subscriptions. Each platform is built for one partner.
  • We do not retain control of the operation. You hold a perpetual license.
  • We do not replace your CRM. We build around the one you already use.
  • We do not start without a workflow mapping. Specs come from operating reality.
What you bring
  • 01Operating knowledge: time with the team to map the actual workflow
  • 02A short list of 'this is broken' symptoms (we will diagnose from there)
  • 03Access to the systems we will integrate with (read minimum)
  • 04A decision-maker who can sign off on scope changes
NEXT STEP

One call. No quote, no pitch deck.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. Joseph or George answers directly. We talk through what you actually need, decide whether we can run it, and quote scope from there. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call.
